Line like stretch mark/scar/cut on labia minora?

I have noticed it before but never thought much about it. It is quite long and not sure what exactly it is. Looks like a stretch mark or cut or even scar! It’s on the right side of my labia minora. I am embarrassed about it and it sometimes gets sore. I don’t remember cutting it or anything like that! It has been there for almost a year or even longer. I am a virgin but have masturbated. I am really worried…what could it be?! It has been there for a while! I am 15 years old by the way! PLEASE HELP ME!
