Try bio oil. It removes scars and stretch marks.
I am pretty sure there is nothing you can do about them. Keep the scars moisturized and they will fade to be white over time.
So the color will improve, they will get a little smoother and they will be less noticeable, but they will always be there. 
I personally don’t think there’s a way to get rid of them. I used Palmer’s Cocoa Butter (Tummy Butter) twice a day for 3 months and it didn’t do anything permanantly. It is different than the plain cocoa butter that smells. This didn’t have a smell to it. It did however, help for a few hours after I put it on. It evened out the color atleast. I haven’t wasted my money anymore though. If it’s a huge deal, just use some concealor or foundation on the area. Luckily, mine are on my sides so you can’t see them unless I’m in a two-piece. The question of "how to get rid of stretch marks" has been a point of interest for many people for a long time. stretch marks are basically scarring in the middle layer of your skin, which is renowned for being resilient, as its primary function is to help your skin retain its shape. They are usually associated with when you have a rapid spurt growth of the skin. Some examples of this are; when you’re pregnant, when you gain a lot of weight in a short space of time or puberty.

Various treatments are available to help prevent / get rid of stretch marks, many of them will work but like anything else some of them will not do what they claim. By my own experience you need to use a product that contains natural ingredients (such as Revitol Stretch Mark Cream). Creams are often the best way to remove your stretch marks, as other removal techniques such as laser or dermabrasion can be very expensive.
Getting rid of stretch marks is not an over night process. It will take continued application of a product such as Revitol Stretch Mark Cream, so be prepared to take five minutes out of each and everyday to keep to the routine that will eventually rid you of these nasty little surprises.
Taking the time to treat your stretch marks will be worth it, as you will soon feel your confidence come back, once you see a visible improvement.

you could try using biol oil i think that how u spell it they sell it at walgreens ,rite aid , walmart ,kmart ,CVS those types of stores

there is no way to get rid of stretch marks but you can minimize their appearance.
Coco butter and bio-oil
Try using Mederma, Cocoa butter, or even Bio Oil. You can get the Bio Oil at a local drug store. It really truly works! I couldn’t believe how well it worked when i tryed it !

It means you are growing. Don’t worry I have em too. They are permanent but they will fade over time. Maybe try creams that reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Hope I helped

apply bio oil
Palmer’s has a a co-co butter that is for stretch marks! It makes them fade rather quickly. Most drug stores have it.
Congrats on your weight loss! I’m really happy for you. As for the stretch marks, you can’t get rid of them. You can tub Vitamin E on them or Cocoa Butter, but it won’t get rid of them.

I have 3 large stretch marks below my genitals (male), there deep purple and there at least a 1/8 of an inch deep. Im not so worried as i am interested of how they got there. I do want to get rid of them. The only reason i can think of how they got there was ive been riding my bike a lot lately and i think its because my legs built muscle fast. I am going to go to a doctor and i was just wondering if there is a prescription strength stretch mark cream?

If you quickly add or lose either fat or muscle stretch marks occur. At least you are getting them in the right direction! There are creams that can decrease the appearance and there is surgery but that can be expensive. I wouldn’t really worry about them. If you are working out they are something you can be proud of. Besides they are in a place that is not very visible.

Try using a lotion with shea and/or cocoa butter in it.
massage coffee grounds into the area and then wrap celifain around it (model secret) and try and find a cream with horse chestnut extract (way better than shea butter)
try using coco butter with shea that works real good. im a mother of 4 and i used to have real bad stretch marks .
bio-oil really works.
it’s probably just sold in your local chemist, and for what it does, it’s very cheap, only 7 or 8 dollars.
i’m 13 and i had stretch marks on my thighs until i bought bio-oil and followed the instructions (putting it on twice a day) now you cannot see them!

Coco butter.
The best way is to massage the affected areas with 100% cocoa butter (the famous yellow stick, for instance). Do it every evening after showering, before going to bed. Massage them until the cocoa butter is absorbed. Do this until they disappear, which should happen in maximum 30 days.

The only way to get rid of them is surgery (if they are on your tummy, a tummy tuck…) yes, sad but true! It’s something you’re genetically predisposed to and you either get them or you don’t. The only thing you can do is prevent them and that is either by not gaining/losing an excessive amount of weight in a short period of time.
I’m sorry I thought you might be pregnant and wanting to know how to avoid getting them. But, after I clicked on your question I realized it was for having them already. I have heard so many different things, but in all reality I think the only real way to rid them is ‘time’ or cosmetic surgery. Everything else will mainly just help them to fade easier. You might want to try buying vitamin E. And dont just use it for gestation purposes, but also for popping open the gel outer skin, and placing the oil on your area’s where you have them. I used this to prevent getting them while I was pregnant, with all 4 of my kids, and I never so much as got one stretch mark on my stomach, during any of my pregnancies. I also used cocoa butter lotion to help keep them away and this too, worked. So, if it worked for keeping them away, it may also help for getting rid of them, plus eating a lot of fish, and drinking a lot of water also helps wonderfully with the skin, period. I hope I was of some help to you and that you can get rid of them one way or another. Good Luck hun! Smile, they do fade in time to almost nothing, I’ve seen on my sisters. So, there is a ‘ray of hope’ there for you!

Coconut body butter works really well. Get the kind that’s basically pure coconut made into a butter (found at most natural stores). Put it on every day
Vitamin E cream, put it on day and night. =]
Bio oil is very good, you apply is twice a day and it got rid of my stretch marks in around a months time.
you cant get rid of them they’re there forever. but the good thing is they’ll fade eventually and no one will notice them. you can put stuff like coco butter to help with that.

Cocoa butter! Or ask ur dermatologist, he can give you a bunch of samples that REALLY work. My friend used I think its called reversatol A..
I use the Vasoline butter cream and mine have faded away alot.
You don’t have to be big to have stretch marks. People get them from just growing fast. My boyfriend has them on the back of his legs, and I would suggest using the Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Cream. It really helps!

You can’t… they lighten with time. Still an indention left, though.
Don’t be so vain, life is short. You’ll get wrinkly soon enough.
There are a few ways… Though nothing gets rid of them, they become less noticeable.
Bio Oil
Mederma
Cocoa Butter
Vitamin E Oil
and Laser treatment is the only way to 100% remove them.
Mine are gone, and I used to have them when I was 16. I used Swedish Bitters http://www.amazon.com/Swedish-Bitters-Liquid-33-8-oz/dp/B0001TRIWS. The process took about 6 months, but after a few weeks, I started noticing that they were going away. I was in a boarding school, so I couldn’t actually go tanning (which may help, not sure). To be honest, a creepy older woman told me about how she used Swedish Bitters to get rid of a third degree burn (or to help make it less obvious). I thought I’d test it out, and it worked…woo hoo!

there are creams but they can’t disappear they can only fade a little
well i’ve heard scar zone (online) works wonders for those. and its only 6 bucks. they also sell lotions at stores, but i don’t know how well they work.
nothing ive tried everything. Lazer if your thinking about going expensive. i found that tanning works best
Acne Marks or Scars
Here is a simple tip that you can use to reduce your acne scars and pigmentation.
The Oil Cleansing Method
What you will need:
Warm Water
Cold Water
Clean Towels
Castor Oil
Olive Oil
The first thing you need to do is to wash your face gently to remove excess dirt and oils from the surface.
You will then need to warm a clean towel in warm water and apply it to your face for 3 minutes. Do the same thing with the cold water but this time for one minute.
Carry out both the warm water and cold water procedure about 3 times but always finish with cold and then pat dry with another clean towel.
Next mix a small amount of castor oil with a small amount of olive oil. A 50/50 ratio will do just fine. Apply the mixture to your skin and let it stay there for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and you are good to go.
