is it true that the younger you are the less stretch marks you will have and you will loose your baby weight faster ?
im scared of getting horrible stretch marks. what can i put on them that ACTUALLY WORKS?!?!?!

You'll either get them or you won't. stretch marks are generally thought to be genetic and they have also have a lot to do with general skin elasticity. If you're healthy, in shape and have always moisturized your skin adequately, you probably have less of a chance of getting them than a women who didn't. (Or at least they will be less noticeable maybe.)
No thats not true.I was 15 when i got pregnant with my first and i have stretch marks.Losing the weight just depends on how active you are.If you sit around you arent going to lose the weight.
My mom told me to use baby oil but i hate the oily feeling so i didnt listen.My mom doesnt have any stretch marks.
Well I am 17.3 weeks pregnant and I only have stretch marks on my boobs. Age doesn't matter actually staying hydrated helps a lot. You loose a good bit of weight after you have it anyway.
My first pregnancy I didn't get any stretch marks on my belly but I did some on the back of my thighs. I did put tons and tons of Palmers Cocoa Butter Lotion on and also Cortizone 10 cream. I think it really helped. I don't know if its true about be younger and getting less stretch marks. As for weight lost just eat healthy during pregnancy and try not to gain so much weight during it, You should be fine afterwards.
I am 19 weeks and already starting to get them on my belly. I have 5 small one in one spot on the right side of my belly button. I am only 21 so I guess that is not true. I put all kinds of stuff on my belly everyday, nothing works, if you are going to get them, you can't stop it. I can only imagine what my belly will look like when I get further along.
I am only 2-3 weeks pregnant but I have pre-existing stretch marks from weight gain and loss. I have reduced their appearance by taking a purified fish oil supplement and by improving my diet. I also use topical creams containing cocoa butter but I think supplements (as long as your doctor approves during pregnancy) should help out a great deal! Good luck.

can you get stretch marks from dry skin?

No, but you can get them from gaining weight…
They are stretch marks…from your skin stretching out to make room for fat.
you can't get them from just having dry skin.
No. You get them from rapidly stretching skin. Like pregnancy, growth spurt, puberty, things like that.
i have weird ones to i think its cuz ive gained weight
The answers above me are correct, but I would like to add that the skin doesn't stretch as well when it is dry, so it's important to keep the skin moisturized so when you gain weight or get pregnant, it's more pliable and less likely to leave stretch marks.

stretch marks don’t go fully. They will fade slowly but you can get creams that minimize them but you won’t ever go. You’ll still be able to see them.
