sores inside a stretch mark? readers beware kind of gross?

Ok so I am a little apprehensive about this. I just had a baby about 7 months ago that left me with some pretty unattractive stretch marks…one of which is very large and deep right around my pantie line or upper thigh. Inside the mark there seems to be what looks like a blood blister, it feels like one too..stings when its touched..but when I actually feel it theres a lump underneath the "blister". The skin on top of it was just dying and peeling away. So I havent messed with it but on its own just started bleeding a lot, "popped" if you will. As I noticed this I saw what looks like another sore forming in the same area (same stretch mark). So sorry if this is too much information but I dont know if this is something I should see a doctor on, it worries me a bit just because I have never seen or had anything like this…a sore or blister inside a stretch mark…

OH MY GOODNESS….take it from me. I am an EMT, a medical assistant, and have plenty of other training to be able to tell you those are all of the common signs of staph infection. Since you've popped it it will continue to spread until treated. They are very common on the upper thigh and midsection areas. Don't touch it, just cover it with a large bandaid or tape w/ gauze or something and get to the doctor first thing tomorrow. It's highly contagious to other parts of your body and other people. I don't mean to scare you, but staph infections are VERY serious.
