I have tried to check this out, and I can't find any substantial information on why it would work. The website is very mysterious (at least when I was reading up about it). I own the product and I can tell you one thing: it smells great.

I've seen people review it online and more people liked it than didn't like it. Some raved it was the best thing ever since sliced bread, some said it was ok but didn't do anything for the scar. I guess it's worth a try.
